HS-3163P Portable single-phase test system is a high-performance calibrating instrument which is designed with international new digital technology. This test system consists of an integrated single-phase wide range voltage & current source and a single-phase electronic reference standard meter of accuracy class 0.05%. It is wide measuring range, 0.05% class high accuracy ,high tolerance to unwanted external influences and more utility functions.

HS-3163P is mainly used on-site to test energy meter’s installation,running and analyze power system.

Main technical features

  • Internal small single-phase current source which synchronized with on-site voltage;
  • Outputs 0-16A current, meets user’s multiple model, multi-load point check.
  • Can connect with current clamps, uses to on-site online calibration;
  • Adopted ARM 32-bits core embedded system, and with 7 inch TFT LCD TOUCHED SCREEN;
  • HMI design, full screen touched operation, can continue to calibrate automatically according to the scheme;
  • Can save test data for 1000 energy meters;
  • Can be used as a reference standard meter or single-phase calibration device;
  • Small size, low weight, low consumption, high accuracy and portable;
  • Support Bluetooth, and can be controlled by APP (on phone or PC);
  • With self-protection, sound and light alarm functions when current overload.

Main measurement functions

  • Independent generation of single-phase current loading conditions for verification of meters using the incoming supply voltage or internal independent generation of single phase voltage.
  • Active,reactive and apparent energy measurement with integrated error calculator and pulse output;Or with 3D and adjustable scanning head (Optional).
  • Automatically test creeping error,starting-up error,basic error and standard deviation error etc.;
  • Support energy constants verification or dial testing;
  • Support daily timing error testing;
  • Support current harmonic influence value testing;
  • When calibration, user can choose testing points freely, also can make calibration scheme freely;
  • Testing data can be saved in instrument and inquiry, and allow data import& export;
  • Can display vector diagram, harmonic spectrum and wave form to analyze power system;
